Experience a unique stay in this fully equipped Chalet Perché, recently renovated and nestled in the heart of a beautiful private, wooded park in Labenne Océan. Les Chats Perchés consists of two independent chalets set several meters above the ground, giving you the rare feeling of staying in a treehouse while enjoying modern comforts.



Built with high-quality materials, the chalet is fully insulated and heated, ensuring a pleasant stay in any season. With 35 m² of space, it offers a bright, welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two comfortable bedrooms, and a functional bathroom.



Bedding is included: sheets, mattress protectors, and pillows are provided, cleaned, and ironed before each arrival. Towels are not provided: please bring your own.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, fan, heating, and washing machine. Outside, enjoy a private area with covered terrace, open-air terrace, balcony, barbecue, and pétanque and badminton courts. You also have access to a shared garden and a tennis court about 15 minutes' walk away.



One parking space is available on the property, along with storage for motorbikes and bicycles. Families with children are welcome. No pets and no smoking allowed.
