This cozy DIY island home is a standalone house, not part of an apartment complex. It features an Air-conditioned en-suite bedroom, a spacious living This room, kitchen, dining area, a large veranda, and a parking space. The house is located in a small neighbourhood. Guests will enjoy complete privacy, as this space is not shared with anyone else. The house is just a five-minute drive from the beautiful Caribbean coast. It features a spacious and airy design, thanks to large windows that let in plenty of natural light and fresh air from the tropical sun. No longer an "Ocean View" as trees have grown tall and completely blocks the view. Really did not have the "entire house" as numerous rooms and second floor balcony (with the view) were locked and not accessible and the back yard (beautiful tropical plants) were off limits. Still plenty of room, had no problems. Host was super responsive and quick to help.

We had a great time. We would definitely recommend this property. It was very clean and the AC in the bedroom worked great. We loved the outdoor patio and the view into the forested area. We felt safe during our visit and the host was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We were also able to use snorkeling gear that was provided. We had a great week here and this has to be one of the best deals on the island.

property was clean, pictures were accurate, location is good for someone to relax, our biggest issue are there is not enough dishes and cutleries, like steak knife containers to store leftovers, need to improve on these issues. Thank Nina for your help, good luck

Excellent property with simple drawbacks.

The apartment was impressive with large airy rooms, comfortable furnishings and a particularly pleasant balcony. The AC in the bedroom worked well and was not noisy. The property was located in an interesting local neighborhood. It was spoiled by the lack of some inexpensive but essential cooking items such as: roasting tins, grill pan, salad or mixing bowl and chopping board.. Not items easily transported by air, and which were loaned to us by the host's helpful partner, Nina.
