Attractive ground floor flat with terrace and small garden, located in a Domaine du Golf residence with swimming pool, just 2 km from the beach and town centre.
This pastel-coloured residence, set in almost 5 hectares of pine forest, is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The beach and town centre are easily accessible by car (5 minutes), but there are also numerous cycle paths. You can also get there on foot (25 mins).
- Car-park just in front of the residence, as well as a space for attaching bicycles.
The renovated, fully-equipped flat includes :
-1 separate bedroom with a double bed (140cm)
- 1 bathroom with bath/shower
- 1 separate WC.
- 1 fully-equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, combined oven/microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, outdoor grill
- 1 lounge/dining room with a 140 cm sofa bed, an armchair that converts to a 80cm single bed for a fifth person (child) with additionnal cost, and a TV.
- Plenty of storage space throughout the flat
- 1 terrace with furniture, overlooking the pine forest (not overlooked).
