You will appreciate this charming semi attached house, 75m² approximately, with private pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september), for the reception of 6 people maximum. A bright living room, with open-plan kitchen, opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, swimming pool and barbecue. Upstairs you will find a bedroom equipped with a double bed (160cm), two bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds each and also a bathroom with bathtub and basin. Independent toilet on the ground floor.The landscaped garden is fenced, you benefit from an outdoor car park in front of the house, the garage remains accessible to you to store your water, beach, golf or bicycle equipment.
