Access to the pool is free for residents (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september). You will enjoy this pleasant semi detached house, about 75m² with 1 floor, south facing, for the reception of up to 6 people. The living room, serves as a living room- dining room (sofa bed allowing an occasional sleeping) it opens, through large windows, on a terrace with golf view. The kitchen area is open on the main room. On the ground floor a shower room, sink, independent WC and the first bedroom equipped with a double bed 180cm. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms equipped with twin beds on one side and a bed and a trundle bed on the other. A shower room. The large mezzanine serves as a TV lounge. You have a numbered car park. Cette maison nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement
Le chauffage en cette saison est très onéreux (2 convecteurs d’origine pour la pièce principale......) donc difficile à chauffer
La situation est agréable et la maison est bien équipée tant en équipement ménager, vaisselles et literie
Dommage que l’on paie les frais d’agence 2 fois : 1 fois à Abritel et une fois à l’agence Eurocean (= Cécile et Gérald)

Location très bien équipée
Très belle région. Location parfaitement équipée et bien situ ée à 45 minutes à pied de Lacanau-Océan. Petit bémol, la tondeuse du golf tout les matins 15 minutes vers 6h30.
