Gerer par des escrocs et menteurs. Hotel fermé!

L'hôtel a fermé totalement nous navons pas pu y séjourner comme prevu et quelqu'un de l'hotel ment aupres du service client disant que j'ai honorer ma reservation hors c'est faux et j'ai des preuves. Une plainte sera deposée.

!! ATTENTION HÔTEL FERMÉ !! Gérant expulsé !!

Heureusement que l’assistance de Hôtel.com a répond présent !! Sinon nous couchions dans la voiture avec nos 2 enfants !!! L’hôtel est réservable depuis l’application hôtel.com mais en réalité l’hôtel est fermé !!! Plus de gérant car expulsé !! Et il y a peu de temps !! D’où le service d’hôtel.com n’était pas informé !!! Heureusement que le service assistance de hôtel.com à su répondre présent en trouvant un autre hébergement à proximité !! Merci hôtel.com. Pour vous autres clients surtout ne réservez pas de chambre à cet hôtel sans avoir eu confirmation avant de sa réouverture !!! En arrivant à joindre le nouveau patron des lieux …. Si il y en a un …. Sinon cela vous confirmera que l’hôtel est encore fermé !!!

Attention arnaque, l'hôtel est fermé !

Contrairement au mail que Hotels.com nous a envoyé, l'hôtel "le lys" à Lacrouzette est définitivement fermé. Ceci a été confirmé par plusieurs personnes résidant à Lacrouzette !!! Nous n'y donc avons jamais pénétré, et nous avons trouvé un autre logement grâce à l'amabilité des gens du village... Nous estimons qu'à ce jour Hotels.com est complice d'une arnaque, et nous envisageons de porter plainte si le problème n'est pas rapidement résolu.
L'hôtel est fermé et à vendre !
