Needs a little updating

First, this is a mobile home. Second, the living room furniture is very old and worn. The main bedroom is thirty feet from busy and noisy roads , if that bothers you. The neighbors were excellent. The property owner was very responsive. A few mobile homes in the area looked terrible! Good location. Near lots of things
