Tolles Objekt mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern

Tolles Gebäude in toller Lage mit viel Extras (Hallenbad, Sauna, etc.) Allerdings ist das Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung an manchen Stellen dringend nötig. So ware unser Zimmer zwar super sauber, die Möbel aber sehr stark abgenutzt, das Furnier an den Ecken weg. Ebenso war der Holzboden der Terasse an einigen Stellen durchgemodert, es waren Löcher drin, und die Dielen stand hoch. Ebenso das Balkongeländer. Wie gesagt, tolles Objekt, aber es wird Zeit etwas zu tun. Leider mussten wir unsere E-Bikes in den Keller (Skistiefelraum) tragen, da in den Aufzug keine Fahrräder passen.

Schöner Urlaub

Das saubere Apartment verfügte über alles was man benötigt, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der hauseigene Pool und die Sauna waren ebenfalls gut gepflegt.
