Welcome to our Stadl in the heart of the Ötztal in Tyrol.
This former farmhouse, located in a privileged environment, has been completely renovated and combines the charm of yesteryear with the comforts of today.
It can accommodate up to 8 people in the Großer Stadl and up to 4 persons in the Kleiner Stadl.
Two units that are completely independent of each other, each with its own separate entrance.
You can rent them individually or together,

- The Big Stadl - up to 8 people with about 150 m²
With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and 1 Tyrolean kitchen, 1 Tyrolean Wohnstub,

- The Small Stadl - up to 4 people with about 60 m²
With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 Tyrolean dining stub, 1 kitchen, 1 living room

Nettes Ferienhaus mit Potential nach oben

Im Großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im großen Stadl. Es gab aber ein paar Dinge, die definitiv erneuert werden müssen. Gemütlich rustikal hin oder her, wenn das warme Wasser ausfällt müsste man vill. mal einen neuen Boiler einbauen. Der war schon echt alt. Auch ist immer wieder die Sicherung rausgefallen als wir den Backofen verwendet haben. Auch das Heizystem ist nicht ideal. Es gibt Platten an der Wand die man einschaltet um den Raum zu heizen. Entweder es ist Mega warm oder zu kalt. Mit Baby nicht ideal. Ansonsten wenn man ein paar Augen zudrückt war es für den Preis ganz ok. Was definitiv super war: Nähe zum Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Blick, Möglichkeiten zum spazieren/wandern, Nähe zum Skigebiet Sölden (20min).
