OVERALL STAY FINE. GOOD HOTEL FOR PRICE POINT, GOOD LOCATION OVERALL. WHEN WE FIRST WALKED IN, 2 LADIES AT DESK, ONE WAITING ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I WALKED RIGHT UP TO THE OTHER LADY, SHE HAD HER HEAD DOWN LOOKING AT COMPUTER KEYBOARD, SHE DID NOT LOOK UP OR SAY A WORD UNTIL SHE TOTALLY FINISHED WHAT SHE WAS DOING THEN SAID, "CAN I HELP YOU?" I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS ALL MY LIFE AT FRONT DESKS, I MULTI-TASK. IF I AM ANSWERING A BUSY PHONE, I PUT CALLS ON HOLD, BUT WAIVE HAND TO A CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGING THEM TO LET THEM KNOW I SEE THEM AND I AM WAITING TO BE ASSISTED, OR IF FINISHING A TASK, QUICKLY, I SAY, "HELLO, I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU." The front desk clerk was very nice & helpful. She gave us a list of the best restaurants and all of the local Mardi Gras Parades as well. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Great Location.

The area is great. The hotel is clean but just feels kind of cheap overall— paper thin walls, can hear EVERYTHING around you. They had a pool table and family games in the lobby all free so that was really cool. Staff was nice and breakfast was good! Overall, I would recommend.
