Situated on the prestigious Presa do Moura complex close to Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, this two-bedroom townhouse offers excellent facilities including large communal swimming pool with ample sun loungers and a gym.
One entrance level, the is a fully kitten kitchen and laundry area, lounge and dining area with patio doors leading to a spacious terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the stunning view. There is also an entrance WC.
On the lower level there are two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.
Patio doors from both bedrooms lead to garden area with sun loungers. There is an excellent restaurant just a few minutes’ walk from the property and it is conveniently situated between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo.
The property has recently benefitted from new kitchen and bathrooms and is furnished and presented extremely well. This is ideal for families or couples as the location is peaceful yet perfect for exploring the area.
