This very well located family villa with three bedrooms is located in the small village of Sesmarias / Carvoeiro in the western Algarve. Accommodation: 6 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds) Ground floor: The villa has an impressive hall with marble stairs to the first floor. The tiled entrance hall leads to the dining room and the living room. Both rooms are equipped to a very high standard. Patio doors lead from both the dining room and the living room to the sun terrace where a shaded seating area can be found. A very well located kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a family kitchen. From the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities and a pantry for extra storage, including 2 refrigerators to keep everything cool. There is also a very good wifi internet connection, IPTV, DVD, surround sound system, CD player, alarm system and a safe. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both rooms have two separate single beds. There are TV facilities, dressing tables, generous cupboards and storage space in both rooms. There is also a large family bathroom on the ground floor with separate shower and bath facilities available. First floor: On the first floor is the spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a sun terrace. The room is equipped with wardrobe and storage space and a comfortable king-size bed. The master bedroom opens onto a terrace overlooking the private pool at the rear of the villa. Outside: A beautiful private pool is located just below the fenced sun terrace which is located from the back of the villa. It is surrounded by a walled garden. Next to the swimming pool there are several sun beds and umbrellas, a swinging hammock and soft, comfortable chairs and a table with space for six people. There is also an outdoor shower for use before and after using the pool. A specially built BBQ is located on the side of the villa next to the pool. Also here are facilities for cooking and cleaning; perfect for enjoying the out door life. Garage: Here you will find a pool table and tennis table, to play a fun game!
