The property is all about location, being situated in a quiet area but within a 1-minute walk of a few bars and restaurants or within a 10-minute walk to the town centre and beaches.



On entering through the front door a lobby area meets you, which leads on to the kitchen which is fully equipped. The lounge/ Dining area is spacious with 2 sofas, TV, DVD player, WiFi, English channels, Music system with Bluetooth and Wii console with various games. Leading from the lounge is a balcony with a table and 5 chairs. Air conditioning in the lounge and two bedrooms.



There is one double bedroom and one twin room, the twin room, having 2 single beds, one of which is a trundle bed for a 3rd child/ person if required. Both bedrooms have safes and hairdryers. One family bathroom with shower enclosure. The location is 3 mins walk from Praia Paraiso sandy beach and 5 mins walk to the town and the town sandy beach. Roadside parking readily available outside the property.



Across the quiet road from the property is monte Carvoeiro village, with shop, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is fully Equipped for Baby / Toddlers which includes baby bath, cot, highchair, potty, sink step stall, baby bowl and utensils.



The property is fitted with underfloor heating throughout which is available for additional charge throughout the winter months if required.



Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.

Check-in / Check-out: 2 pm / 10 am. Bed linen, bathroom towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.
