We’re do I start? We arrived to pick up our keys early as per instructions on the website that check in time was between 4 pm and 9 pm. We are told that we won’t get our keys unless we pay $20 eu because check in up until 7pm. We also had called and emailed that day to confirm because we were coming from Lisbon. We get there and they said no sorry. We get to the apartment and it’s old. Clean but old. Beds were stiff, couch felt like a rock. The two chairs in the living room were ancient and the throws looks old and dirty. Pictures must be from years and years ago. We could not lock any doors or windows expect for the front door and one bathroom door. I did not feel safe for many reasons.
