Positives: In the center of the all of the activity, fantastic location with numerous shops and restaurants within steps.Clean.Had a fan to move some air - we were there during a heat wave (no AC, would have loved a fan for every room).Great value for the price, especially in this location during the summer. The company managing the property had a very easy check in and check out process, and even stored our luggage for us! The credit card I used to make the reservation was canceled bc it had fraud activity, and instead of the company canceling our reservation, they just had us pay at check in - I only realized this at check in when they showed me the 'declined' receipt for the original credit card. I feel like other companies may have handled this differently, and I was very pleased!Negatives:A bit run down, and not well maintained (several broken kitchen cabinet handles, broken bathroom door handle, etc.) One of the bedroom electric outlets had something jammed in it, and my husband got a bit of a shock when he attempted to use the outlet.One of the bedrooms isn't part of the main floor plan, but is instead outside connected by the patio/courtyard (still secure with no outside of the apartment access). Might be challenging for families with young kids. The couch frame was broken and the cushions would not stay put. Bathroom is very small especially for families.
