3 Bedroom townhouse located in Waterside village are of Praia da Luz. Refurbished in 2017 to the highest standards and benefits from full air conditioning, WIFI and stunning sea views. Shaded relaxation area on groung floor and stunning sea view terrace upstairs.

Two bathrooms as well as two twin bedrooms and one double. Full air conditioning to cool in the warm summer nights as well as to heat in the winter.

Other things to note
This property is currently having a small pool built (2m x 2m x 1.40m) with two small benches and will be ready in 2024 for guest use, photos will be updated once available.

Mooi verblijf , alles is aanwezig , ruime kamers en moderne badkamers. Kort bij het strand en het uitzicht is heel mooi. Jammer van de glascontainers die iedere ochtend om 7 u worden geledigd .Communicatie met verhuurder liep zeer vlot en we kregen op verzoek een bijkomende sleutel omdat we met 5 volwassenen waren .

Toller Urlaub in Luz

Die Wohnung ist super und sehr sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Händtücher wurden gewechselt. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön auf den Strand und das Meer.

Spacious comfortable house close to the beach

We stayed here for one week in April (family with 4 kids). The house is spacious, especially the open kitchen/ living room with large terrace (sea view!) in front. Interior is new and covers more than mentioned in the description (dish washer, washing machine, Netflix). Excellent location - the beach is just 2 minutes away, restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance. When we lacked some kitchen supply Ben from Luz Rentals was very helpful and organized some extra pots for us. We enjoyed staying here and would come again.
