We really enjoyed our stay at Black diamond hotel. The staff were all friendly. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Food was great. Drinks were good. I will definitely come back again to visit.

Nice hotel
It's a beautiful, spacious hotel with very friendly and respectful staff. There were quite a few hiccups with staff sometimes missing an item ordered or asking for the wrong payment and then asking for the rest to be paid (despite having told them initially that the amount I was being asked to pay was less than that which had been quoted over the phone by room service staff), however they were always very apologetic and respectful and there was one time that one of the bosses came personally to offer apologies & also brought a glass of wine which was very nice of him/them. Despite all, I do want to give a big 'shout out' of thanks to their breakfast staff: Supervisors in breakfast room/restaurant: Patrick and Confidence, and also Esther, Joshua, Blessing, Lawal, Eric, Victor & Seun.
