Located in the small Acacias complex which consists of four 3-storey blocks with 24 apartments in total. From the parking area 4 steps lead up to the entrance, and this apartment is located on the slightly elevated ground floor with two stories above it, and there is intercom entry.

The living area has a dining table with 6 chairs while the lounge has two couches, flat screen TV with International channels, free Wi Fi and doors to a balcony which extends to include access from the kitchen and bedrooms. The balcony has a table and chairs and has lovely sea views and overlooks of the attractive shared pool area.
The kitchen has a breakfast table and is well-equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery etc. Even the cook has lovely views while preparing food in the kitchen as it opens onto the long balcony which is also accessed from the lounge and bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom 2 has three single beds and a chest of drawers, and both bedrooms have direct access to the veranda with great sea views. A Cot and a Highchair are available, on request, at no extra charge.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, wc and basin.
