A very dirty property and the staff is corrupt. They lied that they didn’t receive my Expedia payment and insisted that they don’t receive payment online. I was forced to make a different payment with cash. I was stranded as I wasn’t having enough money with me. I had to call a friend for a quick transfer. More disturbing, they refused me to pay the money into the hotel’s account but instead, they insisted that I made the payment into a private account probably the receptionist’s account as the name was a female name. I won’t advised anyone to use Flamingo hotel as they staff are corrupt and they use the property to defraud people.

BEWARE..

Booked my stay via hotels.com after a 19 hour flight arrived at this hotel only to be told there was no reservation booked. Showed them proof AND got a hotels.com rep on my phone to confirm with the hotel manager. The manager would not speak to the hotels rep, IN FACT he hung up on her. He refused to acknowledge our reservation and forced us to pay CASH to stay. Also, the room we booked was not available only higher priced rooms, which were the same as the basic ones. We had no other choice being it was so late. I would not advise booking this hotel online. Better to pay when you arrive.
