I believe I have been scammed! Went there and they didn’t see my booking, was further told they don’t even have an account on all platforms like hotel.com I tried all my best to reach help desk that night but was unreachable until the next morning. And I told them the whole situation and was told an agent will reach me but till now no one has called nor emailed me back. Guys till date I have not collected my money back

I need my refund back please as the hotel confirmed my reservation is not confirmed after payment made through my klarna account. A bit disappointed when I called to confirm my booking early that same day and was told that the hotel had stopped any bussiness deal with expedia over 2 years ago and was suprise so wasn't allowed.i will really appreciate if you guy's can refund the initial payments made and cancle the whole booking
