One-bedroom apartment with double bed, fitted wardrobe and a fantastic balcony with fabulous east-facing views, table, chairs and a grill allow for great alfresco dining; a bathroom, kitchen and a common room with a small balcony facing west.

You can park on a small road next to the apartment. Usually there is always place to park, don't worry!

IMPORTANT:
Since 2015, Portugal has enforced a longstanding law that requires anyone who offers paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, departure and identification details of all non-Portuguese citizens using such accommodation. This law came into force in Portugal and most other EU countries sometime since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement, which aims to prevent trafficking in human beings and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent law on local accommodation in Portugal which has made this rule clearer.
For this reason, all guests of all bookings need to provide their passports so that we may have the necessary information.

Bhavesh (Aug 2015) Unfortunately the address provided did not have enough information for our taxi driver to find it. It was very frustrating. The check in time is very late, with an early check out time (although to be fair to the host, it is clearly and accurately listed).
