This properly are scammers. Booked the room and they called me after check in time had passed to say that they didn’t have availability. They said I had to cancel through Expedia but I didn’t cancel, they did. They said one I do that they will process the refund. I contacted Expedia and told them and they contacted the hotel and the hotel have refused to refund even though they cancelled my booking. This is a fraudulent hotel, be careful, don’t book it.

Terrible experience. Poor accessibility, untrained and unprofessional staffs. Had cockroach on the bed. The layout of the hotel rooms are not user friendly. For the price, was surprised there were no facilities and had poor finishing; shower was broken, fixtures had chips.. Couldn't stay an extra night..
