The highly desirable Palm Court community is @3miles to Salt Creek Beach, Dana Point Harbor, Ritz Carlton and Waldorf Astoria Resorts. You are walking sitance to Chaparrosa Park as well as walking and biking trails to the Beach.

Make yourself at home in this STUNNING 2 Bedroom beach escape. This true single level floorplan has no stairs and has direct garage entry. This home has been exquisitely and completely remodeled, every inch has been upgraded with designer details and high-end fixtures. Decorated b an Ini or designer in Northern CA, this home feels luxurious and stylish, yet extremely comfortable !

An open concept makes this home feels spacious and well designed. The Master Bedroom boasts a King sized Luxury Bed with Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress. There is also a large walk in closet. A 55 inch smart TV makes movie night in the bedroom enjoyable as well.

A shared bathroom is centrally located with access from Master Bedroom and main house. The Master Bedroom also has a ‘desk nook’ and linen closet as you pass thru to the bathroom (doors lock off all rooms). The Bathroom has been designed in white tumbled subway tile and is a walk in shower. A full sized washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom.

The Den/Bedroom shares a double sided fireplace with the living room. A twin bed with Lux mattress and vaulted ceilings make having an extra bed a nice bonus place to sleep, read or nap.

The Living Room shares the leathered marble fireplace, which is lit by candles every night. A comfy large couch, ottoman and chair makes conversation and comfort easy in this space. A 65 inch Samsung smart TV is also easy viewed from the kitchen and dining room.

A gourmet chefs kitchen has quartz counters, top of the line appliances including a remote operated Fisher Paykal dishwasher. Loads of counter space and we’ll equipped pots/pans and service ware, etc.

The patio area opens off French doors into the dining area . A sunny and bright area is perfect for outdoor entertaining or just sitting with a glass of wine or Morning coffee. A comfortable patio set is plenty of room for 4 people to relax and soak up the sun and salt air.
