This exquisite 3,400 square foot residence features four spacious bedrooms and four full baths. The open gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, seamlessly flowing into the family room, making it ideal for entertaining. The expansive backyard is a private retreat, complete with a dining area, pool, and spa, perfect for relaxing or hosting intimate gatherings.

The home includes smart televisions, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped laundry room. Beach chairs and towels are provided for seaside adventures, and the property is pet-friendly with prior approval. Enjoy the spacious and private backyard equipped with a dining area and Weber grill, along with corn hole and table tennis. A pool fence, crib, and high chair are available upon request. To keep the pool and spa at desired temperatures, if utility usage results in costs exceeding the monthly $500 threshold, the additional amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
