I understand not having everyday housekeeping services but on the third day only our towels were replaced and the trash removed. I would have preferred a room refresh like wiping and cleaning as well as sweeping the room.

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised with the AEI at Maui Kaanapali Villa Resort. The room we stayed in was clean, fully appointed, quite, and had a garden/partial swimming pool view as well. The AEI at Maui Kaanapali Villa Resort was also a 3-min. to the beach! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay there and we highly recommend this resort!

I would give this place 5 stars because it was absolutely everything we needed. My ONLY gripe is that breakfast should have definitely been included based on the price. Maui in general is expensive, and I've stayed in many places that include breakfast or some kind of food. I shouldn't have to pay to eat with all the fee's. Outside of that, everything was wonderful and perfect for me and my wife's honeymoon. The room was absolutely perfect and it felt like home away from home. We stayed a total of 11 days.

Excellent place to spend you vacation. I went with my mom and 2 kids (3 and 15y/o) and we all loved it. It has a good location close to a shopping mall and many other places), nice beaches and pools, great amenities. The staff is very friendly and tourist agents were amazing (we took couple of tours through them). We definitely would come back to Maui Kanaapali Villa. Thank you!

Its a nice place. We had a kitchenette so was very convenient. Only thing was our check in started little rough so most of the first day was little off. The check in lady was little rude. Otherwise loved the place.
