There were no utensils, and some cabinets were locked, preventing us from properly storing our bags. Considering the price we paid, it felt like we didn’t receive basic amenities.

I felt like the neighbors were watching us and the man in the golf cart acted like the sheriff. If you are not comfortable renting your unit, dont rent it. It was very inhospitable. Both neighbors are either side of us were always watching, coming outside, pretending to water lawn. One man on the left of us looking towards the bay was a peeping tom. I always had to be fully dressed or covered in my robe. The vibe was creepy.

This place was advertised as beachfront and I even paid extra since it was advertised as beachfront. The tiny glimpse of beach was from a window on the staircase and an obstructed view from the bedroom.

I had an ocean view villa and the view was stunning! I loved the fact that everything was so close. The washer and dryer in the villa was a plus. The villa was very clean and close to the rest of my family that was staying in a bay villa across the street (a 3 minute drive).

Everything about this property was amazing. We loved the stag and the facilities. The pools were amazing and easy beach access allowed you to be in the water in 5 minutes. There was a grocery store right across the street making it very easy to grab anything you may need. We did try the food trucks one time (average plate was $25 which got you food court quality and portion size at any mall.)

The view of the ocean was great and I was happy just to be there. It was old and a little poorly built, windows or doors were hard to open, etc. Some renovated parts were comfortable. The dryer was broken, which was inconvenient, but housekeeping provided new towels daily and offered to do laundry for free. Cooking utensils were very well stocked

We are very upset at the location that was chosen for us. We order ocean front and the villa was NOT ocean front. We were very far from the ocean. Also, the place was very old looking and run down. Nothing looked liked the pictures at all. Ken Carter 770-871-0143

Beautiful ocean view, two bathrooms, being able to prepare my own food if needed, and having a washer and dryer. No noisy hallways or crowds.

The space is large and the beds were the nicest we've had in Hawaii. While the place is dated, furniture wise the overall experience was very good.

A few days before I was due to check-in I received an email requiring me to pay an exorbitant cleaning fee and a damage protection fee this was a frivolous and ludicrous fee as there was no maid service andat checkout time I was advised that I was required to clean the room myself in order to help out the cleaning staff.

The Ridge Villa

Great property, great scenic views, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were good; tennis, pickleball, close to the beach, several restaurants, fantastic General Store, golfers Heaven. Lots of parking for each unit. Five Stars! Highly recommended.

Family rendezvous.

It was fantastic sitting on our balcony, watching the Whales breach and a short walk to one of the most magnificent beaches in the world. Golf courses in the area, small town shopping feel, wonderful restaurants, phenomenal stay!
