Kapalua Bay Villa 11G1 sits at the front of the resort, offering stunning views of Oneloa Bay and the island of Molokai. This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom villa is the perfect getaway for a small family or couple, with a maximum occupancy of 3 guests—2 adults and 1 child. A second child may be accommodated upon request.

Enjoy the spacious lawn right outside your villa and the lush tropical surroundings. Inside, Villa 11G1 features wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, a beautifully tiled shower, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, and stylish contemporary furnishings. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Upstairs, the serene master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. During whale season, you can watch for spouts and splashes from the lanai or the master bedroom. For added flexibility, the main living area includes a queen-size sofa bed and a convenient half bathroom on the ground floor.

While the Bay Villas are nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you are still conveniently located near restaurants and beaches. The resort does not have elevators and most locations have a staircase going up or down to the front door. Enjoy stunning sunsets throughout the year at this oceanfront complex that also offers 2 tennis courts, 3 different pools, and BBQ areas. Great rental villa

No complaints at all - very clean and well stocked. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie board, beach towels and pantry has lots of basic needs. Lanai is very relaxing with ocean and other island views. One thing I would point out is that many of the light switches have a very small dimmer switch next to them. If the lights are flickering or don't seem to turn on, make sure the dimmer switch is turned up all the way. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Magical Maui Retreat

Such a great spot. Stocked with snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even coolers for a full day at the beach. The condo itself is simply magical. The view of Molokai from the upstairs bedroom is amazing. Would stay here again and will recommend this unit to family and friends.

Return to paradise!

The Kapalua Bay Villas are the best and this particular unit was beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked. Even with the Sentry golf tournament going on, it felt uncrowded and peaceful. We could see whales spouting from the unit! We loved walking the beach trail every day and picking a different beach daily to either snorkel or swim. Highly recommend this lovely unit!

Great location, not too far from beaches and hikes. AC broke two days before checkout but management quickly got us a portable ac installed in bedroom. Main living room got pretty hot during the day, however. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Virtual check in Easy like Sunday morning. Closest after gated entry, so fastest out from the property, which saves you time from driving around property to get to your unit. Spacious with great view and amenities that nonexistent in hotels. Minutes walk from the beach and beatiful Montage 5 star property. Can’t beat free parking and no hussle parking to access one of the best snorkeling spots on this island. Going forward staying at the bay villas, private, independent and not being slappped with fee for everything like in hotels ....

This is a great unit. It’s at the top of the Bay Villas, but an easy walk to all 3 pools and the beach trail. The unit has everything you could possibly need including plastic storage containers and some spices! That never happens.... Spotless. My Perfect Stays is great at communicating.

Hidden gem

Great value for a villa in Kapalua. Clean, quiet, corner unit with panoramic views. Walking distance to great beaches and restaurants. Complex requires a lot of stairs and hill climbing. Only complaints are horribly squeaky floor throughout second floor and no lounge chairs on the lanai.

Awesome Villa

This is perfectly located, surrounded by ocean views. The villa was updated and clean, had everything you would need away from home. Enjoyed the property pools that are a short walk away. We had some trouble with our WiFi and sent a message about it. I had 2 calls to reach out to me and someone walk me through trouble shooting and fixing the simple problem. Overall amazing customer service! Thank you so much to this awesome dedicated team.
