Definitely clean rooms we had to change the rooms 3 times because of different issues, but all of them were vey clean almost like new. Location was perfect we could “almost slide” from our room to the beach😄 very clean property. If you can talk to Helene I definitely recommend.She is great. Even though we had to pay for upgrades because our room was connected to room next door though the bathroom door and we could hear conversations, the rooms itself were very nice. We did not have breakfast on the premises but there was one. Towels were available at any time, restaurants all around, perfect location for hotel. Had to pay for renting umbrella and chairs. Overall good stay.

Views from the balcony, it might look far to the beach but it was 1 min walk😄

Beautiful view! I wish they still had that little bar hut by the pool that was there the last time we were there 5 years ago. Now the Maui Brewing is there. Nice but not as quaint. Too commercial. Bring back the little bar hut!

Leaking AC, not enough lights in the washroom. Found baby Lizards in the room. The only plus was that the staff were always available to clean the room when requested. Also $25 per day for parking was a surprise.

Got an upgraded room at no charge right on the beach. Bigger room , big shower , balcony. Comfortable bed too Friendly staff and beautiful beach. Close to whalers village for food and shopping. Pool in middle of resort with snack bar next to it.

Enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger very much! However were disappointed that the activity Director in the lobby charged $135 above what two tickets for a sunset cruise would have cost if we had booked directly with vendor. Plus we were asked to tip her as if she were a server in a restaurant which cost an extra $40 which seem to be expected. Choices of tip amount was pre-determined. Also we asked not to be on a cruise that provided unlimited liquor and that is what we were booked on. Disappointed that our request was not respected.

Room was spacious clean and comfortable. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is thin walls. All the rooms appear to be twins so you can open a door between to join. The problem is we could hear people talking and walking in their room AND the toilet flushing in the adjoining room. Also can hear people talking in the hallway and people walking in the room above. Otherwise the grounds are beautiful, had a beautiful garden and ocean view from our private veranda. Fun activities offered onsite by very nice employees as well.

I paid for an oceanfront room but was given a dirty wall with trash on the floor to look at. The photos on Expedia show Oceanfront as an ocean view with a balcony but I was told no other rooms were available without any care.

I wasn’t happy with the outdoor entrance to our room, though our view was beautiful! The $30 breakfast offered no cream for our coffee (only Coffeemate) so we bought some to bring to breakfast at the local Safeway. The $50 charge for chairs to a hotel we already paid for really irked me. Having said all that, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Our cleaning ladies were very appreciative of our tips for the great service.
