The whole experience of the Marian was excellent !! To start off the staff were very friendly. The rooms are very clean, cute and roomie with a full size frig and kitchenette. Bathroom look very updated and bed was very comfy. Unfortunately rooms on 1st floor can hear Heavy feet request 2nd if you can. Beach on Napilli bay was fantastic with an excellent walkable restaurant Sea House. I definitely will stay here again!!

Not enough parking for guests, lack of security of the rooms on the second floor. Only a poor chain on the door to the patio and security has your room code. No replenish of coffee. View was nice right on the ocean so main reason for a 3 rating. Water pressure not great. Both the W/D were out of order so no laundry. Could not reach the desk when called most of the times. Setting is A but a lot of other issues, bring it down to a C.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the location was perfect. They have coffee, juice, fresh fruit and rolls for breakfast every morning. Parking is free but they have limited spaces. Security will come out and help you park if it's tight. There's no tv in the rooms, but you're in Maui! The only cons: water pressure is not good, but the water did get hot. Also, the walls are thin and the outside picks up all the sounds, so you hear everyone all the time. If you happen to stay near a family with kids, you're up when they're up!

Overall the hotel was solid, however the walls are paper thin and we were unfortunate enough to be in between 2 families with babies and young kids that were up most of the night crying and running around.
