einfach aber gut
die Lage in Nähe der Innenstadt ist super. die wohnung hatte fast alles was man benötigt (kein Toaster, nur eine Senseo - Maschine). Einfache Ausstattung aber dem Preis angemessen. Netter Vermieter, freundlich und hilfsbereit

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Auch wenn das Haus in dem sich die FeWo befindet äußerlich nicht sehr schön zeigt ist die FeWo selbst sehr chick und modern eingerichtet. Mit elektrischen Aussenjalousien und Licht mit Fernbedienung. Wir haben mit vier Personen dort übernachtet. Das ist aber auch wirklich die maximale Kapazität! Die Dusche ist etwas klein aber grundsätzlich war sie in Ordnung. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine (Senseo), einen Kühlschrank und einen kleinen Ofen sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Auch ein Fön ist vorhanden. Die Warmwasserboiler sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber das hat man schnell im Griff. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Unsicher waren wir uns bei der „Privat“-Tür im Wohn-und Essbereich, weil man mit Kindern nunmal nicht immer leise sein kann. Gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich ein toller Spielplatz und in der Innenstadt ist man auch innerhalb weniger Minuten. Alles in Allem Top!

Excellent séjour.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé à 20min d’Europa Park et Rulantica.
Très bonne communication avec Stefan le propriétaire. L’appartement était conforme à l’annonce.
La ville de Lahr est très belle a visiter.

Schöne Wohnung zentrumsnah
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Lahr. Der erste Eindruck des Hauses war nicht so toll, weil es recht schäbig von außen aussieht und direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Beim Hineingehen muss man erst durch das Haupthaus gehen und kommt dann über ein Treppenhaus in den Flur des Anbaus. Dort ist alles neu und schön. Und die Wohnung ist ebenfalls neu renoviert. Schlicht und modern eingerichtet. Man hat von der viel befahrenen Straße auch kaum was mitbekommen. Der Aufbau ist etwas verdreht, weil man direkt im Schlafzimmer steht, wenn man in die Wohnung rein kommt aber uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sauber gewesen und alles hat funktioniert. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag braucht. Sogar ein Föhn (ich hatte meinen vergessen). Eine Waschmaschine samt Waschmittel, Weichspüler usw. Wirklich toll. Etwas gewundert haben wir uns über eine weitere Tür im Wohnzimmer wo "Privat" dran stand. Mein erster Gedanke war "nicht das da jemand Nachts reinspaziert". Wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt, wohin die Tür führt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Imbisse in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber ist ein schöner großer Spielplatz. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung mit sehr nettem Vermieter.
