Sandra was a wonderful and responsive host. The house is beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable rooms. The Murphy bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses that I have slept on and comfortably fit my partner and I. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The house is an easy 10 min drive into Artesia.

Love the house! Was the perfect place for our vacation. Close to Roswell and just north of Artesia. We loved the decor, the beds were super comfy, and the property was so quiet. Sandra was great, always responsive and very helpful. We truly appreciated having the opportunity to stay at her home.

Love the seclusion

We highly recommend this home. It is a beautiful property inside and out. The host was very thoughtful and caring and helped us tremendously. The home provides you the feeling you are completely by yourself, but you can be to so many things in 10 to 20 minutes. We stayed here while visiting Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and Roswell. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay and a beautiful house

This farmhouse is amazing. The decor and flow of the house is perfect. Everything was immaculate. Sandra was great with communication. The location is quite, out of town, close to shoping, and restaurants. Will stay there again.

Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

We stayed at this beautiful home over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were in town to visit family in Artesia. This home was a short drive from there. The mornings at this home are amazing! They have a beautiful pond on the property. The home is very thoughtfully stocked with items, such as, toiletries, towels, and kitchen items. Sandra was an amazing host and very communicative. We would stay again in the future.

Peaceful, clean house

This house is so clean and tidy! Also, very cute, and just a welcoming place to be. We spent time feeding the fish and it was just so peaceful by the pond. We would absolutely stay here if we were in the area again. So glad we didnt stay in carlsbad.

Excellent stay and communication

This home is very well done on the inside and the location was perfect for us in between flying into Roswell and visiting Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National Parks! Out in the country yet close to restaurants and Walmart for groceries. The house is very tastefully decorated and everything is provided for a relaxing stay or a home base for daily outings and activities! Sandra communicated throughout the process and even asked if we needed to have the porch light turned on if we were going to arrive after dark.
