Amazingly clean, unique and spacious 4 Bedroom home near Casinos

Come and be our guest at this amazing, large, spacious four bedroom home. It is situated in central Lake Charles close to all of the most popular amenities in the city.  This is truly a large very comfortable home . The approximately 2000 square-foot home gives you room to roam . The split floor plan with three bedrooms on one side and a large master on the other side is fantastic for families. There are Big screen smart televisions with fast wifi in all 4 Bedrooms and the Living Room. Alll of our previous guest have loved this feature for amazing entertainment and privacy.  The home is also a great value don’t end up paying way more for a three bedroom or less and getting way less. Come and check this out if you are visiting our amazing, beautiful city or need lodging in Lake Charles, you will be so happy that you did and you will save $$$$$$.

House was clean. Plenty of space. Everything was great. Only issue is there isn’t a dishwasher so you have to hand wash the dishes that you use. Plenty of paper towels, TP, and even had laundry detergent and dryer sheets to use which was a very big plus.

Needed a place to stay while waiting for our closing.

We recently relocated to Lake Charles, and need ed a place to stay while awaiting the closing on our new house. Didn't need 4 bedrooms but actually came in handy when we ended up with extra visitors. The house was well kept and the check in was seemless. Throughout our 2 week stay communicated multiple times and owner was always quick to respond.As this is a house in an older neighborhood the house has been renovated and is fairly functional for a good size family/group.

Comfortable Stay, close to Hospital

My family needed a place urgently unexpectedly due to our mother being in a nearby hospital. We came last minute from California, and it was less than 2 miles to the hospital, and grocery stores to get food and snacks for the long days and nights. It was large enough to give us space, privacy, but still come together as a family. Thank you so much! It made a world of difference in a chaotic time.

Came to Lake Charles to celebrate a 21st birthday with casinos as a high priority. This property is close to the casinos without the higher cost. Great affordable option to staying in a hotel.

Family gathering

Property was as advertised. Met our needs and was a comfortable place to stay as we were attending a family gathering nearby. There were just a couple of things however that could be done to make it better. First the smell of air freshener was overpowering when we arrived. We had to unplug them and open the house to air it out. The other thing was the cleanliness, pretty good but the cold air return in the hallway and the exhaust fan in the bathroom were very much in need of a good cleaning.

Great place in Lake Charles

If you are looking for a place to stay in the area look no further! This place is spacious, clean, and comfortable! The hosts were very easy to deal with and communicated throughout the process. They added a touch is southern hospitality with drinks and snacks! Easy access to everything and some great places to eat near to it. If you have an event at the Magnolia event center you are like 3 minutes away! Probably the best value for money I have ever gotten with rentals!

Nice House

We were happy with the house overall. Lots of room for sure. Beds were all good except the front bedroom, really needs a new mattress. No dishwasher, so hand washed all the dishes used. Neighbors were pretty loud at times, but that is out of the control of the host. Good property for the money.

Wonderful Stay

House was very nicely decorated and lots of room. I like the fact the master bedroom was separated from the rest of house. Kitchen had cooking utensils for cooking because I do like to cook. Host provided us with water and snacks and coffee. He even provided me with some decaf. I woukd recommend to other VRBO travelers. Only a few hours drive from New Orleans and for those casino goers it's a good place not too far away. Lots of restaurants also not far. The host is very easy to contact and very interactive

My friends and I rented the house for Washington-Marion's Homecoming and the location was centrally located. We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and communication was never a problem. We will rent this house again while visiting Lake Charles.

Awesome place

Beautiful house a lot of space, has washer and dryer which made coming home with no dirty clothes awesome. Owners were reachable at anytime. Golden nugget was 11 min away and many other spots so close. Will stay here again next year for my daughters softball tournament.
