Tia and the other staff members are very helpful and always greet me with a smile on their faces. The property manager, Mr. Patel is firm but fair and has a standard for the caliber of guest he allows on the property that ensures everyone has a safe, comfortable, quiet experience at a very clean hotel while staying at the Quality Inn. 10 stars

I would say the staff care about their customers. I stay there for 4 days and it was very quiet with no problems, also a plus about the place they have breakfast in the morning and also a weight room. I like my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We checked in and we were given our room and our key then we proceeded to go to the room. I open the door and there was luggage and clothes so i immediately close the door and head back to notify the front desk, the girl who was there was bothered instead of apologizing. We were given another room and the top security lock to the door was broken. Not safe
