It is very spacious with an open floor plan with beautiful views of Lake Pepin from almost every window on main floor. See the beautiful sunrises as you enjoy your stay with us. Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while viewing the beautiful Lake Pepin with the many sitings of Bald Eagles. Lots of room to spread out to relax, indoors and out with family and friends. In the summer, view the sailboats, water skiing, kayaking, fishing boats, barges traveling up and down the river. In the winter you can view the ice surfers, snowmobilers, and ice fishing . Adequately sleeps 16 guests. Rent this beautiful home for your holiday family get togethers. Enjoy your Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. with your family in our gorgeous and spacious home and make memories. Great Rental property on the river

The house is very clean and spacious. We loved the location that had a beautiful view of the river, and we were able to walk to the marina and restaurants. Also had nice outdoor space for grilling and fire pit.

We had a great weekend in Lake City. The house has a lot of space and the bedrooms are very large with many beds. Furniture throughout is well taken care of and comfy. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire table too.
