Super cozy in-law suite attached to house. Couldn’t hear owners, but busy road could get loud at times. Close enough to cute little town, less than an hour from various tourist locations. Owners are accommodating & helpful. Quick & easy check in and check out. Affordable option for couples ( 1-2 kiddos)

What a cool little place. Stayed for four nights. The bathroom is great, so clean and spacious. The road noise is real as others have mentioned, we kind of got used to it. The air conditioner was set up was very noisy, a mini split would make this rental so much better and quieter. We rearranged the coffee set up off of the bathroom counter to have more space for our toiletries and it worked out well. Some hangers and suitcase stands would be a great addition as well. All in all it was a good place to stay!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property in Lake City to be close to relatives (just down the street) to celebrate the "Best 4th in the North." It feels like home to us now. We were happy to see this year that we have more TV available with Dish for when we need some respite from the grand kids and great grand kids!

Just what I needed

Wonderful in-law suite! I stayed during the winter and enjoyed the electric fireplace while I relaxed after work. Much like a hotel suite, equipped with small fridge and coffee machine. Bed is SUPER comfy! Host was quick to reply to all questions. Can’t wait to visit again!!
