The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was perfectly located for our plans. We had zero issues, so it didnt bother us to know there's no staff on site, we actually really liked that part of it.

This was exquisite! Room was spotless. Bathroom very clean..I MEAN CLLEEAANN!!! The decor is on point! Full kitchen.. the only suggestions.. silverware is provided but no dish,cup or any other kitchen necessities.. full kitchen though.. maybe add a pot and a few glasses, Plates to use in that nice big kitchen.. other than that, it was a AAA+ stay!! The views were amazing!

The parking is on the street or nearby public parking lot. I was lucky enough to get a free street spot right below my room (room 221.) The building is beautiful. This would be a comfortable room to stay for several days, if need be. There is plenty of common area in the hotel where one can read or work.

Excellent historic hotel located on Lake City main street. Nicely restored rooms with modern decor and amenities. Very clean and fresh rooms, with very comfortable mattress. Great restaurants and brewery are a few steps away.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s updated but still holds the history and age of the building. I love that it’s an access code hotel. Check in was effortless. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. LOVED the extra amenities; especially the towels. It was decently clean besides the heavily dusted fan and vents (I’ve informed someone so it can be cleaned). I was a little turned off by the comforter and the shams on 2/4 pillows I would not sleep on the shams so those pillows weren’t usable. Location is excellent and the rooms have a great views the area seems really safe

My parking space was fine. I wasn’t SMART ENOUGH for the SMART TV. VISIBLE STAFF were OUTSTANDING!!! Communications & Instructions via TEXT were EXCELLENT. Very enjoyable stay.
