It is not specified when you book that the pool for the guest is NOT the big nice pool shown in the pics. The big pool advertised is only for spa guest who purchase over $100 in services. the main pool for the guest in the hotel is much smaller. I enjoyed the room the most it was very clean and updated. The worst part was On my second night the person 2 doors down from me was smoking pot outside the balcony- the balconies are all connected and the smell immediately filled up our room, when I peeked my head out the balcony I saw a couple smoking weed on the - this happened again later on in the night- I woke up to the same smell around midnight.the staff were very friendly upon check in

We were unaware there would be an extra fee to use the adult only pool. The adult only pool is one of the main reasons we booked this resort since it was a weekend away from our children. The adult only pool is in their spa area therefore they charge $50 per person a day to use the adult only pool even if you’re not using any other spa amenities. When I woke up Sunday morning I went to take a shower and the water was cold with the water pressure being very limited. Called the front desk and they said they would send somebody to take a look at it. When I asked how long they thought it would take considering it was 9:30 AM and we had to check out by 11 AM. They could not guarantee us a time somebody would fix it, nobody arrived prior to us checking out, so we are not able to shower before leaving. There was no reimbursement for the inconvenience. We will not be returning or recommending this resort.

Great place. Comfy room and beds. I wish they had coffee available all day....I asked for extra coffee/creamer/cups but room service never came and delivered:( Pool was great size. I went with my teenage daughter who likes to swim but there were so many kids in the pool you had no room to do laps or just relax. It's great for kids under 12 yrs but not for older teens!

First time staying here and I wasn’t impressed! The place looks so nice but I wouldn’t stay there again. Everything is so far away. Our room was far from lobby, pool and restaurants. It’s definitely not close to lake Geneva strip. Keep in mind to make sure you bring everything you need because after 10pm everything is closed. It was our anniversary and we had a cake we wanted to eat. we got there a bit late, I asked the front desk if by any chance they had a plate plastic knife and fork and they said customer service was closed. I understand that, but you’re telling me you couldn’t go check for me and try to help out knowing we are far from any store and everything is closed? I believe the waterfront restaurant was open, she could had mentioned to maybe ask them and see if they had any extra utensils but she was just a plain no! Not helpful at all. The next day we left to do some activities and when we got back the door was open not shut. I text the number they provided and let them know that the door was opened. They sent security to our room to talk to us about the situation and he said he would looked into the cameras and sent their crew to come fix the door. Well they never came to fix the door!!! The handle on the toilet was so hard to push down as well. I also ordered uber eats and they didn’t let them delivered it to my door on building 3 which is around the corner, she could have driven in the parking lot, not inside the building!! So upsetting!

Lovely rooms and the restaurants and bar are easily accessible. We were here for a tour of Yerkes Observatory and it was just 6 minutes away. Very pleasant stay.
