Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room/property. Kids has tremendous amount of fun in the indoor pool and waterpark, arcade, and the outdoor pools. Staff and service was fantastic. Only downside is the room and furniture is bit worn out. The sofa bed mattress was old, torn, and the sink drained so slowly.

The people in lake Geneva is so nice and friendly.Timber Ridge Resort is outdated no AC in the 2 bedroom Condo upstairs. Only 2 slides and lazy river in the waterpark that’s all.The tubes for water park really do suck.WiFi is awful no smart tv so that mean you can not access Netflix or your prime account .Hotel is clean.The resort would be great for kids 6 under .Food,drinks was not good

Definitely will be going again. Water park was awesome two additonal slides outside. Plenty of dinning options on site. Would also recommened bringing food for snacks and to make lunches. Walmart is about 8 minutes down the road to go grab snacks.
