It was great except for the general manager. She was a horrible person and should not be representing any brand. The entire Hilton brand has a mark on it because of her actions and the way she treated my family. And she did this in front of her staff and all the guests that were trying to enjoy breakfast. I am embarrassed for her. What an awful person and its very surprising that she would be someone that is in the people business.

The staffwas nice but not the manager kim spoke to us in a very nasty way has no respect for the staf and public was not nice would not stay there the shower did not work well door can't close bed sank in the middle bad experience for us would not stay there no more

Breakfast staff was awesome. She brought out fresh hot homemade biscuits and went to each table offering them to everyone. She made sure everyone got something to eat even if she had to go in the back to make something else. Front desk was just as nice and knew our names the whole weekend. We will definitely stay there again.

The bed in the room they gave me wasn't changed and when I opened the sheets they were all wrinkled ! I called downstairs and they gave me another room. The breakfast options were OK but seriously lacking fruits.

Had a great stay at Home2Suites Lake George. Very convenient location. Staff are all nice. Only downside, we missed twice the road and ended up at Sunoco 😁…. Oh and the hidden cricket in the bathroom But overall it was a good stay and recommended specially for pet owners
