The water was extremely hot in the sink. The only way to use the cold water was to turn the sink on to barely a trickle. The pipes in the shower clanked like they were going to burst. At night you could see light coming into the room from all around to door from the outside. The stairs were the only option for access to the second floor and they were very slippery/slick/narrow. Not a terrible place. But figured it would be a tad better.

Room was what we asked for, very clean and well appointed. From the picture of the room balcony, we thought we were getting a lake view. Our view was the back of a building. Management told me we got what we paid for. The property offered many amenities, pool, private beach, water equipment, etc. but there were lots of stairs to access them. Mobility challenges made it difficult to use. The resort is very nice, very clean and comfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was far from what we expected. At the bar, we were left waiting for over 30 minutes without service, while other guests were served promptly, which left us feeling unwelcome. Before arrival, I had arranged a late check-out with the hotel and received confirmation. However, on the morning of our departure, while relaxing at the beach, a staff member came over and, in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone, told us our stay was over and we had to leave immediately. This was both embarrassing and frustrating. Overall, the lack of courtesy, poor communication, and unwelcoming attitude made this one of our most disappointing travel experiences. We truly hope the management takes steps to improve guest treatment in the future.

This place is nice and very close to all attraction, The lake side beach was a very fun place, kids friendly, Kayaking, surfing, BBQ place, pool was free here included with room rent, They have multiple types of room with different rate you can pick as per your requirement. Very delicious Food on the restaurant, We enjoy our vacation and would love to visit here again. My kids told me it was best vacation house for them.

The property is very clean well maintained . It’s is quite large and very occupied. I didn’t like that guests were showing up at the beach early morning and reserving chairs (by placing towels and other items on several chairs) … they also did this at the pool ! Therefore, when we got there at 10-11 am there was only 1 place that was vacant..! This should not be allowed to happen ! It is not a large beach !!!

Worst place I have ever stayed, don’t do it!

Dirty old motel that never changed our sheets! We had to walk up 3 sets of old rusty steps to get to our crappy little room with holes in the walls. Carpet in front of the room was stained and about 20 years old! Place was disgusting! We left we couldn’t do it! I don’t recommend and will never be back! Over price awful place. I recommend Scotty’s resort down the street!

Clean, comfortable beds, great location. The only complaint we have for families with strollers was the elevator was on the slower side. As far as the lake area, the guests would take up beach chairs for hours with just a towel or their belongings on them which wasn’t very nice but the free water activities were a plus!

Just Ok

Room not very close to the beach - but was represented as right off the beach - and when you finally got down to the beach the it was small. the beds were hard and made a lot of noises when you rolled over, but awesome pillows. One great thing was they are electric car friendly.

The property was very clean. We stayed in the building that has indoor hallways and that was great. Housekeeping was good. Front desk staff needs training on how to deal with customers. Upon check out we asked for a 30 mins extra because the fire alarm woke us twice the last night we were there. We were told flat out no after spending 5 nights there and a pretty penny! The mattress was not very comfortable either. Front desk staff not very friendly or welcoming seemed to argue with all the customers. When customer said something they always had a rude answer. Staff needs training on customer service.

Just not a great stay. Thought we were getting a loft room with balcony. Not so. Property didn't really care to help because we booked with hotels.com. Parking was an issue because i could not diplay my parking pass. Fights in rooms, fire alarms. Alot of money for not much in return.
