I found everything to be quite welcoming except for a hole or a rather good size dent in my bathroom wall between the toilet and tub. Just was a bit distracting, everything else was very nice. I also didn’t understand the 10 dollar charge upon arrival for (incidentals).

It was a beautiful property. Good amenities, very clean property. Staffing was very helpful and courteous actually. That's how you get people to return. Nice fire pit areas overlooking water. Very nice vibes! We actually stayed another night because of it. Had breakfast in the mornings there too.

I liked the people at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful. The cleaning and kitchen staff members were nice as well. They let us shut off the TV in the breakfast room (no one else was in there) which we appreciated early in the morning. The room was clean and comfy and large. The breakfast consisted of hot eggs, sausages, waffles and many other cold items like yogurt, bagels, and fruit - which was all really appreciated. Coffee or tea available all the time. Very reasonably priced.
