The stay was great room was clean good breakfast. My only complaint was that the pool area the chlorine was so high it burnt your eyes. My one kids asthma kicked in & couldnt stop coughing in there.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, we appreciate that very much. The access to our room was easy and our room was especially clean. It was very comfortable. I love having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. It saves us from having to eat out all of the time.We had the best weekend!

Staff that I saw was friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast had a good amount of choices. And the pool obviously was a hit for my kid. I was a little disappointed about the pool itself being pretty chilly though.

The older gentleman when we checked in had a lot of patience and was nice. The breakfast was delicious and fresh,coffee too. The room wasn’t the cleanest but,they were extremely busy. The sink in bathroom wasn’t draining well. The beds were comfortable.

Was told upon check-in that my room wouldn't be ready for an additional hour and a half. I Had to wait an hour outside in the cold with my dog until we were given a room. After finally getting our things to our room we went to the pool. There was human waste and feces in the hot tub and pool. No one from the hotel was doing anything about it and we informed the front desk three times. We will never stay here again. This stayed was ruined by poor management and horrible hospitality. Someone should inform the health department. Unimaginable.
