Heating unit was noisy and woke us up every time it kicked on. Tried to call the front desk, no answer. Finally received a text at 1:45 am to use texting to contact the front desk. Of course 7 hours after check in. Ate at the restaurant on site. Cold soup, blah food. Only thing good were the wait staff who were extremely friendly in the restaurant. Snide receptionist at the front office when we inquired about some sort of a refund due to the noisy fan of the unit. We were told it won’t be like what you have at home. We won’t be staying there again.
