There was no hot water and we could not take showers or wash up. I contacted the host and they wanted us to check the electric box, which was not marked - Plus the hot tub was not accessible - there was no path to get to it and it was covered with 6 inches of snow. I am disabled and was looking forward to getting into the hottub

Check in was fine- no problems. Any questions/ emails were responded to quicklyThe kids loved the game room. The fire pit was a hit too- lots of smores! Over all the house was ok and met our needs, but just seemed to be in need of some repairs and updates.

Cozy rustic retreat

I picked this place because it was wheelchair accessible and worked out great! Although we had a rainy week we still enjoyed the views of deer and wildlife, even came eye to eye with a black bear! Lots of shopping within reasonable distance - Pocono Outlets and Jim Thorpe! The hot tub was relaxing, but because of rain didn't use the grill or fire pit. The dogs also enjoyed their walks! Nice quaint restaurants in Lake Harmony too!

Still due a refund but no response from director

My family and I stayed April 11th-16th. The water pressure alarm went off on Sat and Sun morning at 6 AM and woke the whole house up. The alarm went off for about 15 minutes each morning. We had to contact the property manager both mornings to have her contact the security company to have to turned off. A plumber came to the house on Saturday to fix a minor leak but the senor still went off the next morning. The property manager and plumber came back to the house on Sunday and moved two monitors. I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience and the director reviewed everything and issued me a refund of 104.46. I received my credit card statement and I was credited the 104.46 but then they charged my card an additional 100.00 the same day they processed the refund. I reached out and asked why I was charged an additional 100.00 and was told because I was issued two credits. I sent pictures of the credits on my statement to prove that I was only credited 104.46 and never received a credit of 100.00. I was told the director would review it and I have now sent 3 messages in VRBO and 2 text messages which have all gone unanswered!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the communication and would not recommend this property.

Great weekend getaway for skiing!

Great, relatively secluded, location at Lake Harmony. Quick drive to Big Boulder and the hot tub was a nice end to a long day of skiing. Kitchen had everything we could need for cooking and the gas fireplace was great for hanging out in the living room after dinner. Would recommend!

Cozy stay in a great location

Had our family reunion in January with dogs. Location is awesome, house has everything needed, cozy fireplaces on each floor, plenty of parking, beautiful lake 10 minutes walk. Enjoyed couple of cool trails 15-20 mins drive from the house. Great communication with the host team. Will definitely come back!
