The good and the bad……

I liked that the floors were laminate and not carpet. The bed and bedding were comfy. The bathtub was very dirty as well as the floorboards and edges of. the bathroom floors. They provided adequate number of towels. Sample size amenities (soap and shampoo). Apartment size refrigerator and small freezer, but freezer was covered with ice, so was ineffective. The breakfast was from 6:00-9:00 am. The typical waffle machine, cold cereal, yogurt, etc., no eggs, bacon or potatoes. The worst thing that happened was the fact that someone used our toilet (assumed the housekeeper) and left a “full load” in the toilet, without flushing it. I doubt we will stay there again. A plus for this place is that there is plenty of parking for motorhomes and trucks pulling boats. Also, each room unit has a chair and small table sitting outside to enjoy.

It was a bit dated…. The air con was very noisy. But it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was OK if you need a quick hit of carbs before setting out for the day.

I stared for a few days with my 8 year old over spring break. We loved that the pool and hot tub were available. I have to say I’ve never seen such a clean hotel pool. We liked being able to walk to the London Bridge area, and to downtown. The location was ideal.

Lake Havasu doesn't have much to do in the winter. Enjoyed the boat ride but other than that it was hard to find things to do. The hotel's pool was not heated and the jacuzzi had a chemical problem as it kept foaming. The deck looked a bit unkept.

Unable to accommodate handicapped individuals. Only one handicap parking in the entir lot. Space ia very limited. The had no handicapped rooms available. Also representative at front desk was "not sure" she could offer any other solutions or alternatives.

Room was clean. Pool needed cleaning. Advertised as hot breakfast; however eggs and sausage are only offered Fri thru Sun mornings. You could make a waffle Mon morning. White and wheat bread only and a wrapped biscuit cookie. Indian cusine food truck on property. Did not try it but menu looked good.
