We had an issue with another booking and reached out to this host at the very last minute before the Thanksgiving holiday. Jacob was very understanding and accommodating. The house was clean and well kept. The house was close to the lake & we had plenty of room to park the boat we rented. The game room was so fun. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Family Spring Break

This property worked perfectly for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers to get away from the cold Midwest for spring break! The home is clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. The game room is an excellent addition, great for the kids to have a separate space to hang out. The outdoor area has multiple seating areas and good privacy around the large pool. (The pool was a bit chilly in March, but we purchased some floating chairs and had a great time in the sun.) The owner provided helpful info about check in/out and communication was good when needed. Location is great, within driving distance for our day trips to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. I highly recommend this rental home!

Close to the lake and London Bridge, but also enough amenities to keep everyone entertained without leaving the house if you’d rather stay in. Highly recommend this property for Lake Havasu are stays.

Family Getaway

Just a quick family getaway for fall break. The goats were very easy to communicate with, they had great insight on the area, they were very helpful and friendly. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. We had a great stay and we would definitely stay again if we return to Lake Havasu.
