Sitting back from the road, it is quiet and has a beautiful view of a well-landscaped front yard. The front patio offers a sitting area to relax and enjoy the beautiful skies and landscaping. Just inside the front door, you will find this open and natural light area draw you into the well-used space and beg you to relax or enjoy its beauty! The kitchen/dining/living areas are open and calls for your friends and family to join you for an evening/weekend get together or a holiday. The large backyard will be your retreat with a beautiful saltwater pool, landscaping, lake view, and beautiful new kids playhouse. There's also a horseshoe pit and plenty of room for fun and relaxation! This backyard is HUGE and offers so much possibility (almost 2 yards in 1) ... it can truly become your oasis here in Lake Havasu! I didn't even mention the garage or toys! Check it out; you won't believe it till you see it! We have another vrbo home also if this one is booked #735781-New as of Sept 2017-High pressure mist/fog system! Cool 10-20 degrees on the patio with 1,000 PSI misters and fog effects around the pool- we also added misters on the back yard playhouse and out at the horseshoe pit! Our guests love this in our other homes!

First Family trip to Havasu , became the last
While our expectations were set high, unfortunately our reality was not. This isn't to downgrade or take away from future stays; however, I felt compelled to leave a review after the property manager attempted to charge additional cleanings fees. While the house itself was as described, the cleaningness of the home was not. Upon arrival, we immediately found a dirty sock with Dog hairs. Initially I didn't care, bieng that I was trying to enjoy my stay and family trip. But as our stay progressed we found more issues. The home was not swept nor mopped..we immediately notifed the property manager. The response was immediate and he offered to refund the cleaning fee. Well, it didn't end there. We later found out the sheets had stains, the garbage disposal didn't work and their was broken glass in the patio area due to a broken clock. Two days after our stay, the property manager attempted to re-collect his "refund" he originally stated he would return ,stating it cost him an additional sanitation fee for OUR stay....so I guess we eventually piad the cleaning fee..go figure

Great spot to stay at. First off the property was definitely large enough for our group with room to spare. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that was perfect for us as well. Interior of the house was beautiful and very well kept. Plenty of linens and towels and everything we needed for the weekend. The backyard patio and pool were a great way to unwind after a full day on the lake. Owner is great to work with also. I definitely recommend this house; you won't be sorry!
