We loved the room - the view is priceless - it was quiet, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom sink has very poor lighting, but they slightly make up for it by providing a magnifying mirror with a ring light. We spent three nights, and enjoyed our time. All the Christmas lights on London bridge, was beautiful to see (all night long).

The room was very clean and delightful looking over the London Bridge. The only thing that was odd, all the lights were overhead, no lamps in the living room or bedroom. And although Michael was very nice, he didn't seem to have any information on the activities in the area. That would have been nice.

I love this hotel right on the lake with all rooms facing the water. It's a great spot and the rooms are very nice. Front desk / bartenders are always very nice.

Great spot on the water. The beds are super comfy. The only issue(not really issue)was the bathroom. It was an awkward set up. Tons of wasted space and the shower didn’t drain well. Besides that it was great! We will be back.

the inferno room is very big, comfortable bed, huge shower and a jacuzzi. the staff is very friendly. however, the room is located on the lower level facing the boardwalk along the canal - its noisy even at night and people try to peek inside so the curtains must be shut at all time.
