Double charged by hotels.com I was checking in two hours before our arrival on my cell phone while driving there in our car. An upgrade booking showed up for ten callers more. I liked the deal and took it but then found out I was charged for the Original booking and an upgrade. I tried to cancel one of the bookings but have heard nothing back from hotels.com. Figured we both could get comfortable without having to sit on the bed with husband having had leg surgery earlier in the morning. Overall, the stay was just ok. The location and price were great, room size and amenities were also very good. The flooring in the entry area was coming apart and we found a cookie on the couch. The toilet moved around when you sat on it and the mattress was very lumpy and impossible to get comfortable on. Lastly, the Continental breakfast was very meager with very limited offerings, and the pancake machine was defective. Overall ok, but needing considerable improvements.

The property is a short distance from Sightseeing spots at Lake Havasu and also stores and restaurants. The suites are spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff is extra nice in providing tips for visitors.
