Pool Home -Affordable Havasu Beauty

Our Lake Havasu Beauty has a large swimming pool, and two over-sized master suites with connected full baths. This home has over 1,500 square feet of living space, and has a split floor plan for privacy.

In the spacious living room there is a queen-size sofa bed for expanded occupancy. The home sleeps six to eight people, and comes fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed and bath linens.

There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area and at the breakfast bar. In the spacious living room there is an entertainment center with a large screen tv. Home has Direct TV, DVD player, WI-Fi, and local access telephone. Additional amenities include a radio and alarm clocks.

Large covered patio area with outdoor seating for up to six people, and a propane barbecue for guests' use. There is ample boat parking on this property.
Our home is in the north side of town -- and is less than five minutes from the Windsor Beach launch ramp, the Nautical Inn, the London Bridge, and downtown shopping. This is a beautiful home, and is known as one of the best places to stay while in Havasu.

Charming Oasis Near London Bridge with Outstanding Hospitality!

We had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay at this charming VRBO home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate pool, which was always clean, cool, and refreshing. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring we stayed comfortable throughout our stay, even in the summer heat. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The spacious driveway easily accommodated our trailer, and the two-car garage had ample room as well. The location was perfect, conveniently near Highway 95 and just a few minutes away from London Bridge. We particularly enjoyed the backyard patio, which was a great spot for relaxing. It featured a BBQ and plenty of shade, making it ideal for outdoor dining and unwinding in the evenings. Our host, Louise, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the home. When our escrow closing was delayed, she graciously allowed us to extend our stay without any hassle. Her hospitality made our experience truly special. Thank you, Louise, for being the best host we've ever had!

Great until afterwards

Our stay was OK there was a flood in the kitchen from a waterline to the icemaker busting that did require most of the day for repair which the host was attentive to in A timely fashion. However, almost a month after this day, the host contacted us expressing dissatisfaction with our exit of the property and asking for money Threatening reporting us to Vrbo/booking etc. We sent the money, not wanting to cause any problems, but definitely won’t stay at another one of these or with this host again.

As my first experience with an air B&B this was very nice, thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and pool side relaxation. The only disappointment was that it was initially listed as a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch but the couch was no longer at the property, we should have looked for a 3 bedroom.

House was really cozy and felt like home we took our boat out for the week . Windsor launch ramp was 5 mins away ,gas station right at corner ,grocery store as well... and after long days in the water were able to come back to nice pool ..will definitely book again
