We have the right to accept or deny the request and charge a refundable damage deposit. Each person after 16 guests is $35/night.

The Desert Oasis was wonderful! There wasn’t anything lacking !! The pool and hot tub were spotless. The outdoor games and lighting were very nice, as well as the game room inside .. The house was very clean as well as all the furniture and were comfortable..Very easy communications with the host and check in was simple.. we would recommend this for a fun family get together..

The place was clean and nice upon our arrival. Overall appearnce is great. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and everything. Television sets everywhere! The pool and spa worked great. No complaints. The owner was easy to deal with. We will rent it again when we come back.

We come to Havasu every year for the past 5 years and this had the cleanest pool and hot tub. The home was great for our group of 11 people. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great with off road vehicle options right behind the property. The amount of activities on property were amazing. The only thing we would recommend is more silverware for larger groups and large size cookware for larger groups. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful home! We were four adults, a teen, and three Littles. Everyone had their own bed and there is so much to do we lost interest in leaving the house. The kids played games while the adults were able to sit and chat in lovely spaces. The only problem with our stay is it wasn't long enough! We'll be back in the spring, for sure!

The neighborhood was great as were the views. The house was nice , clean and organized. But renting this house is all about the games...a play palace for sure. Having a pickle ball court was great ,,, and we played everything that was there, so much fun! We plan to go back!

Highly recommend ! We were worried about sleeping accommodations since we were a large group of 15(10 adults-5 children) everyone fit perfectly. The game room was the hit for the kids. The outside lounge area was very well laid out and had everything available ( we did have to search for pool chalk, but found it with the pool towels) …. Only negative thing I would say is the neighbor( to the right) kept coming outside and watching us. But over all we loved our stay!

The property is beyond incredible!!!! Check in process was seamless!! I would have given it 5 stars if we were able to use the pool like we intended. Unfortunately there was an issue with a substantial amount of maggots on the basketball court and inside the pool. My family was able to use the basketball court with caution. However due to the maggots inside the pool we weren’t able to utilize it. The only other issue was the owner never communicated with me that he would have people come to the property. I was startled when 2 ppl entered through the rear of the property as my husband and I were relaxing. A courtesy message would have gone a long way. Especially because it is unsafe for unknown people to enter a property unannounced. Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the property was clean! The amenities inside were awesome! The view was beautiful! The property is extremely family friendly!
